What We Do
FARM TO MARKET MUSIC (“FTM”)
is a full service
music publishing administration company. We also
offer intellectual property (trademark, copyright,
right of publicity) clearance services to record labels,
film/tv production houses, and corporate clients.
FTM grants publishers the freedom
to spend their
time on creative efforts and not administrative
concerns. Our company files and tracks copyright
applications; files the necessary performance rights
information as well as maintain a liaison with each
society; we negotiate and issue all licenses; and we
collect, calculate and distribute royalty income. In
addition, upon the publisher’s request, we work to
secure alternative sources of income for the catalog.
Tamera H. Bennett, President of
FTM, has been actively involved in the music
business for two decades. In addition to her duties
with FTM, Tamera continues to operate her
copyright, trademark and entertainment law practice
assisting clients in Texas and Tennessee.
