Farm to Market Music (FTM) is a full service music
publishing administration company. In addition, we
provide intellectual property (trademark, copyright,
right of publicity) clearance services to record labels,
film/television production houses, and corporate
clients.
FTM grants music publishers the freedom to spend
their time on creative efforts and not administrative
concerns. Our company files and tracks copyright
applications, files the necessary performance rights
information as well as maintains a liaison with each
performance rights society. We negotiate and
issue all licenses, and collect, calculate and
distribute royalty income. We have the capabilities
to perform these services domestically and in foreign
territories.
FTM is not interested in acquiring ownership in song
catalogs. Our only goal is to make the music
publisher more productive by removing the
administrative "burden." In addition, for select
catalogs, we work to secure alternative sources
of income for the catalog.

Sound Exchange
Sound Exchange is the non-profit performance rights
organization for artists and record labels. They
collect performance royalties for internet only
webcasters, broadcast simulcasters, satellite radio
services and digital cable and satellite television
music service.
Your royalties may not be available forever. The
statute creating a digital performance right allows
Sound Exchange on a periodic basis to release
unclaimed funds into a general fund. The first such
disbursement to the general fund is scheduled to
occur in 2005.
If you are a featured artist, own sound/master
recordings, or are a producer, visit
soundexchange.com to register and start
collecting
your royalties.
